Smushers must be at least 15 years old and be able to work some nights and weekends. We do not hire just summer help, candidates must be able to work year round. Salary starts at a guaranteed minimum of $17.00/hr based upon experience.

Responsibilities include:

Ensure all customers feel welcome in our store.

Assist customers as necessary through their entire Smusht experience.

Maintain a calm demeanor, particularly during our busiest times.

Maintain a clean and organized workplace, adhering to all health department requirements.

Maintain a clean and organized customer seating and bathroom area.

Have a general knowledge of ingredients, allergens and cross-contamination awareness.

Operate Point of Sale devices and process customer payments.

Participate in store opening and closing cleaning and sanitation practices.

Assist with taking inventory.

Maintain a consistent work schedule and offer sufficient notice for changes in availability.

Attend occasional staff meetings and training sessions.

Possibility of hosting parties in house and off-site.
